Reviewing the multiple ways you can get in contact with the moderators
When you send a message to our mailBot, all of the moderators receive a ping that opens up a private chat between you and the mod team. We will be able to quickly assist you about anything that you might have a question about, and messaging mailBot is the fastest way to get in contact with the mod team about matters that are not immediately urgent.
Sending messages in our meta forum channel is one way for the mod team to interact directly with the rest of the community about server matters. In the meta forum channel, you can post suggestions, feedback, or general server-related questions for the mod team to respond to. We ask that you do not send unneeded forum comments on posts in the channel as to not clog it up, so please only add comments if you are adding information to the conversation.
Please use a different method to contact us if your issue is urgent.
Our Feedback/Complaints Form is open for all matter that you might wish to bring to the mod team's attention. This form is completely anonymous if you chose, but please note that if you chose to be anonymous, the mod team will not be able to follow up with you for further details or updates on the matter.
If you feel like you need a personal response and conversation with one of our moderators, please feel free to reach out and send any of them a direct message. Our mod team is always open to helping those in our community, and if the moderator you messaged can't help you, they will pass it on to another moderator that can.
This should only be used when an extremely urgent matter is occurring in the server, as in a spam attack or a raid. Please refrain from using this ping loosely since this alerts the entire moderator team.
